KEEPING THE EVENT SAFE

To ensure that everyone feels safe and comfortable at the 2021 LARAC Conference, we'd like to highlight some of the enhanced health and safety measures we’re implementing.

Well Ventilated Indoor Spaces
The venue are providing excellent ventilation throughout, ensuring you can reconnect with industry peers with confidence.
Enhanced Cleaning & Sanitisation
Enhanced cleaning service, multiple sanitisation stations, and reduced contact points all form part of the events health and safety programme.
Social Distancing
While there is no longer a requirement regarding social distancing we ask that you respect other delegates and maintain reasonable distancing where possible.
We have also ensured as part of the event there is more distance between chairs in the main theatre and breakout rooms.
Masks
There will not be a requirement to wear masks during the event but if you would prefer to wear one then please feel at ease to do so.
Come Prepared
All visitors, exhibitors and organised staff are encouraged to take a lateral flow test in the 24 hours prior to arrival. If you feel unwell or are displaying any of the symptoms associated with Covid-19, please do not visit.
The All Secure Standard
Striving for the upmost safety assurance by following the framework created in line with government's road map - All Secure Standard. The purpose of these guidelines, set out by the Association of Event Organisers (AEO), Association of Event Venues (AEV)Events Supplier and Services Association (ESSA) and its stakeholders, is to provide a framework of support and assessments to ensure a safe return to live events. All work has been approved by UK government.
